Shipping policy

We deliver throughout South Africa using reputable courier services. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days of payment confirmation. Delivery times range between 2–5 working days, depending on your location.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on location and weight. You’ll receive a tracking number upon dispatch.

Cancellation Policy

Under the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), customers have the right to cancel an order under certain conditions.

Policy: Customers may cancel their orders within 7 days of placing them, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Cancellations must be requested in writing via email or through our contact page. If the order has already been shipped, the customer will be responsible for returning the item at their own cost in accordance with our Return Policy.
